Your First Visit

WELCOME! New clients, to our practice, should expect a warm greeting, and a positive and energetic feeling when entering our office.

First, you can expect to spend approximately 10 minutes filling out the required medical paperwork.Please don’t forget your insurance card and form of identification as it is required by law to file your insurance. Once you have finished your paperwork we will give you some pertinent information about our office and procedures. You will then be taken to the examination room to be evaluated by our Chiropractor Steven. The forms you just completed will be discussed, followed by an examination. Once a diagnosis is reached treatment options will be discussed. Typically treatment is rendered on the first visit, but sometimes arrangements will be made to follow up the next day.

On your second visit we will continue to build upon the first visit. You will be given an “Action Plan” which will include:

Patient education and prevention strategies are critical to us. When you have an understanding of the cause of your pain you will find it easier to manage. Please feel free to ask questions about your diagnosis and your care plan, and we’ll do everything we can to explain.
